The mijnFlorius app allows you to track your mortgage application anytime, anywhere, as well as view your existing loan(s). To use this app, you need an account for mijnFlorius. If you don't have an account yet but have an existing loan with Florius, easily create an account first by visiting florius.nl/hypotheek/account-aanmaken. If you have applied for a new mortgage with Florius, ask your mortgage advisor to create an account for you. Already have an account? You can then activate the app directly.

With the mijnFlorius app, you can:

• Download your balance statement
• View your interest rate offer and quotation
• Check the current status of your mortgage application
• View your construction deposit
• Submit your construction invoices
• Review the deposits and withdrawals in your construction deposit
• View your existing loans
• Check your monthly installment
• Gain insight into the remaining debt
• Access your message box
• Repay your existing loan(s) via iDEAL

Please note: If you wish to use other functionalities of mijnFlorius, log in via the website.
